Atelier Gaelle Constantini

As a store fighting for sustainable fashion, I have chosen the Atelier Gaelle Constantini. Atelier Gaëlle Constantini is a global sustainable development project, based on three fundamentals pillars: artistic, ecological and social. The project was created in Paris in 2009 by Gaelle Constantini, who believes that “Fashion is the SECOND most polluting industry in the world, and the second largest consumer of water and 10% of global consumption for the cotton production. Making fabric uses water, energy, chemicals, humans and other resources that most people don’t think about, or ever see.”

The brand promises sustainable fashion through different commitments:
The clothes are made out of recycled fabric 100% and gathered from fabric originally destined for waste collection. The creations do not involve either animal abuse or trees cut. They chose to prioritize natural fabrics such as silk, wool, cotton, linen. It is made in France by professional ateliers. It is 100% eco-friendly, with one size that adapts from 36 to 42.
