Communicating Fashion AUP: Our goal is to provide the community with insightful information for conscious shopping in Paris. Disclaimer: Not all of the brands are a perfect model of sustainability. We've learned that the fashion supply chain consists of six major steps- raw materials (cotton, leather, wool, rubber, fur, etc.), turning raw materials into textiles, design, manufacturing/labor, distribution/carbon footprint, storage/sales (e-commerce vs in-store), and finally disposal (fashion is the second largest polluter in the world).
